A CC notice only covers rights you actually control.

Music reminder: The composition, lyrics, performance, and master recording can involve different rights holders. Do not claim to license all of them unless you control all of them.

Know what the license terms mean

BY — Attribution

Reusers must give appropriate credit, link to the license, and indicate whether changes were made.

NC — NonCommercial

The work may only be used for purposes that qualify as noncommercial under the license.

SA — ShareAlike

Adaptations must be distributed under the same Creative Commons license.

ND — NoDerivatives

People may share the work only in unadapted form. Permission may still be requested separately.

CC0 — Rights Waiver

The rights holder waives copyright and related rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Outside Rights

Trademark, privacy, publicity, moral rights, samples, performances, and third-party material may require separate review.
